With 10 buildings to choose from at Manchester Science Park, have all the flexibility of your own office, or choose a managed office to have the design, furniture selection and management all taken care of by us. Access to 1-1 business support and events also included. A service charge (starting from £3.10 per sq ft) will also be payable to help keep Manchester Science Park well maintained.

Manchester Science Park offers shell space which can be fitted out as laboratory space. There is capability for Biosafety Levels 1, 2 and 3 (BSL-1, BSL-2, BSL-3) labs to be fitted out.

Available from 30 minutes upwards, our meeting rooms at Manchester Science Park can accommodate 2-24 people. AV equipment and refreshments are always provided with a 25% discount available for businesses based at any Bruntwood SciTech location. There is also a large, flexible event space for up to 150 people in the Bright Building which connects with beautiful outdoor landscaping and green space that can be used for events.
