Yes, most of our Birmingham office spaces offer convenient on-site parking. Cornwall Buildings, however, does not have on-site parking, but there are plenty of nearby options, including street parking and public car parks. Absolutely. Our serviced offices are furnished as standard, the costs of which are covered in your desk rate. If you are looking for something customised to your needs such as plenty of office plants, we can accommodate this as part of our Managed offering. This means working together with our team to find the right space for you, taking into account everything from furniture to colour scheme to bring your modern office design ideas to life. If you would rather not customise your space, don’t worry - our spaces are already well equipped for you and your team.

Eligibility
To qualify for the 20% off discount, a signed 12-month licence agreement is required, along with a direct debit mandate and receipt of the deposit. This offer is available to new customers only.
Our serviced offices are inclusive of: rent, business rates, service charge, utilities, cleaning services, furniture, kitchen facilities, 200mb internet connection, 25% discounted rates on all Bruntwood meeting rooms, onsite customer service team and call handling.
We require a deposit equivalent to 2 months licence fee inc VAT for all our serviced spaces when entering into a licence agreement and we can offer phone lines at an additional cost if requested.
All costs due under the licence will be exclusive of, but liable to, VAT.
Offer Period is from 17th November 2025 to 19th December 2025. Signed licence agreement and deposit payment must be by 19th December 2025.
